As a Supported Living Care Worker, your role will be diverse to each client within our Extra Care Scheme. You will be responsible for establishing a professional client relationship, providing life‑changing care and support that enables vulnerable adults of all ages to live fulfilling lives, within their own homes, throughout the waking night shift.
We currently have 2 positions available: 16 hours per week minimum, including working alternative weekends. Shift pattern Monday, Friday and Sunday specifically, from 7am - 9pm.

- Supporting service users with onsite visits to our restaurant, hairdressers and shops.
- Domestic tasks such as making and changing beds, light cleaning, laundry and emptying commodes.
- Help with eating and drinking by preparing meals, snacks and drinks.
- Helping service users overcome any mobility problems and other physical disabilities, including helping in the use and care of aids and personal equipment.
- Support with administering medication.
- Assist service users with personal care such as washing, bathing and toilet arrangements.
- Contribute as needed to a person's end-of-life care.
- Have a right to work within the UK.
- No previous experience is necessary but you must demonstrate real compassion, be an excellent communicator and problem solver, and be committed to delivering high‑quality, respectful care.
