Help Lead Growth, Advance Care and Strengthen Communities. At Valley Behavioral Health, the Vice President of Adult Services is a key member of the executive leadership team responsible for leading one of the organization's largest and most impactful service divisions. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and partnering closely with fellow executives, this leader will oversee a diverse portfolio of adult behavioral health, residential, substance use, and community-based programs.

This role ensures operational excellence, financial sustainability, quality outcomes, and strategic growth across adult services. The Vice President will drive organizational priorities, strengthen community partnerships, develop future leaders, and help shape the long‑term vision of Valley Behavioral Health.

Pay: Range starts at £125,008 Annually (pay is calculated based on years of licensed working experience)

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm
