About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll sit at the front line of growth. You’ll be the first voice prospects hear and a critical contributor to revenue. This role is ideal for someone who:

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Proactively identifying and reaching out to potential customers (calls, emails, LinkedIn, creative outbound)
  • Confidently qualifying inbound and outbound leads
  • Booking high-quality meetings for senior sales team members
  • Maintaining excellent CRM hygiene (you understand that if it’s not in the CRM, it doesn’t exist)
  • Following up intelligently and persistently
  • Learning the product, customers, and market in depth and the usage of AI within sales
  • Continuously improving your messaging, conversion rates, and sales craft
