This is not “just another SDR role.” This is a launchpad into elite sales. We’re recruiting on behalf of one of the leading growth companies in London — a fast-growing, high-performance business where standards are high, learning is constant, and results are rewarded.
We’re looking for someone who has sales experience and behaves like a top performer: independent, relentlessly hardworking, confident, and proud of building something properly. As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll sit at the front line of growth. You will learn world-class sales fundamentals in a top-tier environment.
You’ll work closely with senior sales leaders and account executives, gaining exposure and responsibility:
- Proactively identifying and reaching out to potential customers (calls, emails, LinkedIn, creative outbound)
- Booking high-quality meetings for senior sales team members
- Maintaining excellent CRM hygiene (you understand that if it’s not in the CRM, it doesn’t exist)
- Learning the product, customers, and market in depth and the usage of AI within sales
- Continuously improving your messaging, conversion rates, and sales craft
We care less about CV polish and more about proof of effort and success. You should have demonstrated independence and proven sales success in previous roles:
- Experience using a CRM system (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar)
- Sales experience is a must — hunger, discipline, and attitude are essential.
If you progress, you’ll then meet real humans — senior sales leaders who care deeply about talent and performance:
- You consistently hit or exceed outreach and meeting targets
- Your CRM data is clean, accurate, and trusted
- Senior sales leaders actively want meetings from your pipeline
- You’re clearly on track for progression (Account Executive and beyond)
Proper sales training — not guesswork. Exposure to senior leadership in a leading London tech company. A performance-driven culture that rewards effort and results.
If you’re serious about building a career in sales and want to be surrounded by people who expect excellence — this role can change your trajectory.
