About the Role

Join our SaaS Sales Engineering team at Validity, where you'll collaborate with passionate experts to deliver industry‑leading email deliverability and data quality solutions to tens of thousands of customers worldwide. As a Sales Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in aligning our solutions with customer expectations, driving better outcomes and satisfaction. This is a hybrid office‑based position that requires working 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in Validity's London (Southwark) office location.

Position Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with Sales teams to engage with customers and prospects as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle, providing strategic guidance and demonstrating the value of Validity solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Validity's product suite and how they address diverse business needs.
  • Create and host compelling product demonstrations tailored to prospect and customer requirements.
  • Stay informed about the competitive landscape to effectively position Validity's solutions.
  • Collaborate with the global Sales Enablement team to develop and deliver impactful sales training content.
  • Work closely with Product and Marketing teams to provide insights and feedback, ensuring our products evolve to meet our customer needs.

Required Experience, Skills, and Education

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer‑facing Sales Engineering role within a SaaS company, ideally in pre‑sales.
  • Proficient in delivering engaging presentations and demonstrating SaaS solutions effectively.
  • Strong consultative selling skills, including active listening, effective questioning, and persuasive communication.
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving abilities and analytical mindset.
  • Highly self‑motivated with the ability to thrive in a high‑velocity, results‑driven environment.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Fluency in the English language.
  • Ability to work 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in the team's London (Southwark) office location.

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education

  • Prior experience in a technical sales, sales support, or services role within an Email Service Provider (ESP) or email marketing analytics organisation.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com and the wider Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
