We are building a next-generation startup validation platform designed to help entrepreneurs and startups validate ideas faster, reduce uncertainty, and make smarter business decisions before investing heavily in development or scaling. Our mission is to become the go-to validation ecosystem for startups across Europe — combining structured validation frameworks, AI-powered insights, market intelligence, and founder support into one scalable platform. Our MVP is already built and validated. We are now preparing for the next phase: transforming the platform into a fully scalable production-ready product before full market operations and expansion across Europe.

As CTO and Co-Founder, you will lead the transition from MVP to a full production-ready platform. You will work closely with the founder to strengthen the technology, optimize scalability, improve the product experience, and prepare the platform for full operational launch across the European startup ecosystem.

CTO Responsibilities:
  • Lead the technical vision and long-term product architecture
  • Transform the current MVP into a scalable production-grade platform
  • Improve platform performance, reliability, and security
  • Build scalable backend systems and infrastructure
  • Integrate advanced AI-powered validation capabilities
  • Establish development workflows, standards, and technical roadmap
  • Support product strategy and future feature development
  • Build and lead the future engineering team
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience building or scaling SaaS platforms
  • Strong understanding of scalable architecture and cloud infrastructure
  • Product-minded builder with startup mentality
  • Ability to execute in fast-moving early-stage environments
  • Passion for startups, innovation, and entrepreneurship
Bonus Points:
  • Previous startup or co-founder experience
  • Experience with AI tools and data-driven platforms
  • Experience scaling digital products from MVP to production
  • AI Prompt Engineering
What We Offer:
  • Equity-based CTO co-founder opportunity
  • High ownership and strategic influence from day one
  • Opportunity to build a category-defining European startup
