We are looking for a visionary CTO Co-Founder to help take the platform to the next level and lead development.
Your mission:
As CTO and Co-Founder, you will lead the transition from MVP to a full production-ready platform.
You will work closely with the founder to strengthen the technology, optimize scalability, improve the product experience, and prepare the platform for full operational launch across the European startup ecosystem.
CTO Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical vision and long-term product architecture
- Transform the current MVP into a scalable production-grade platform
- Improve platform performance, reliability, and security
- Build scalable backend systems and infrastructure
- Integrate advanced AI-powered validation capabilities
- Establish development workflows, standards, and technical roadmap
- Support product strategy and future feature development
- Build and lead the future engineering team
