What We Are Looking For
We are seeking Senior M&A professionals exclusively from M&A advisory firms and/or leading investment banks, with proven experience in the origination and execution of extraordinary transactions, including business sales, acquisitions, capital raises, and strategic partnerships. The selected professional will collaborate independently and autonomously, managing the entire process directly: from identifying opportunities to negotiation, due diligence, and closing.
Main Responsibilities
- Origination activities (Sell-side & Buy-side)
- Direct management of relationships with entrepreneurs, funds, advisors, and investors
- Management of execution phases, from valuation to closing
- Coordination with the financial analyst team for the preparation of teasers, information memoranda, and transaction documentation
Requirements
- Solid experience in M&A (corporate finance, investment banking, advisory, or in-house corporate roles)
- Ability to work independently with a strong results-oriented mindset
- Active personal network within the entrepreneurial, industrial, or investment community
- Entrepreneurial mindset and consulting-oriented approach
- Excellent knowledge of industry practices (valuation, deal structuring, contractual documentation)
