ABOUT OUR ROLE
As our Program (SDR) Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our SDR teams by cultivating a high-performance culture and ensuring seamless alignment with client objectives.
This role requires a proven leader with experience in overseeing and optimizing the execution of SDR campaigns, ensuring successful program delivery, pipeline growth, and continuous performance improvements from all required departments.
This role serves as the operational backbone of our client programs, bridging the gap between sales, customer success, and internal leadership to drive efficiency, scalability, and results.
Serving as the primary liaison for client accounts, you will be responsible for maintaining client satisfaction while continuously refining outreach strategies and performance metrics.
Success in this role demands a dynamic, results-oriented leader with a track record of collaborating with remote outbound sales teams, excelling in omni-channel outreach, and delivering measurable, data-backed improvements in a fast-paced environment.
Main focuses and responsibilities
Leadership & Management
- Lead project onboarding and offboarding to ensure a smooth transition for SDR campaigns.
- Maintain strong customer success relationships, ensuring clients see continuous value.
- Manage the Executive Briefing schedule, coordinating high-impact discussions with stakeholders.
- Monitor SDR performance, provide constructive feedback, and recommend improvement plans when necessary.
- Foster a high-performance culture while maintaining team morale and motivation.
Client Interaction & Program Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction with SDR performance and overall partnership.
- Understand client goals and align SDR strategies to deliver measurable results.
- Proactively address client feedback and resolve concerns.
Operational Excellence
- Track and report team performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Operations and Quality Assurance teams to ensure alignment with best practices.
- Track pipeline progression and path to ROI, identifying areas for optimization.
- Lead weekly global prospecting schedule updates, ensuring alignment with targeted outreach strategies.
- Own fuel lines, data inspection, and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) evaluation to ensure precision in prospecting efforts.
- Facilitate weekly project updates and meetings, keeping stakeholders aligned on progress and priorities.
- WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Experience in SDR operations and/or management, sales program management, or revenue operations with a strong understanding of SDR campaign execution.
- Must be located in a European Timezone/EMEA Region.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights to optimize SDR performance.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with a track record of successfully managing multiple initiatives.
- Experience with stakeholder management and client relationships at the Executive level.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to energize and inspire SDRs to perform at their best and articulate value propositions clearly and compellingly with clients and prospects, and coach SDRs to do the same.
- Strong understanding of outbound sales strategies and tools (e. g., Salesforce, Outreach, Linked In Sales Navigator).
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven strategies.
- A track record of achieving and exceeding team KPIs.
- Experience in omni-channel strategies, including cold calling, email, and Linked In outreach.
