Job Summary
As an Employee Experience Specialist , you’ll play a key role in supporting performance enablement and enhancing the employee experience across the lifecycle — from induction to development, engagement, and career growth. You’ll be a key partner to managers, supporting them in people management. Working closely with the People & Culture team, you’ll operationalize people processes, coordinate review cycles and contribute to strategic initiatives across the EMEA region.
This is a hybrid role based in the UK (ideally London), with flexibility to work remotely and the opportunity to contribute to regional and global People initiatives.
Purpose & Responsibilities
Performance Enablement:
- Configure HR tools, manage review cycles, and maintain templates
- Ensure goal alignment and track completion through reporting
- Draft support materials (comms, guides, FAQs) and support managers with briefings and training across the cycle
- Handle employee/manager queries or escalate when needed
- Contribute to learning initiatives and performance frameworks
- Serve as a go-to person for managers, ensuring they have access to the right resources
- Coordinate logistics and materials for manager enablement (e.g., guides, toolkits, presentations)
- Help develop and continuously improve the manager handbook
- Support People Operations in addressing employee relations matters
- Partner with People Operations and Talent Acquisition to ensure smooth onboarding
- Welcome and equip new managers with the tools and resources they need
- Contribute to the upkeep of career management frameworks, job descriptions, and growth paths
- Support the design and rollout of development plans and learning resources
- Help employees navigate learning opportunities and internal mobility
- Consolidate feedback from surveys and daily interactions
- Provide insights to the People Experience Manager to shape local and global engagement initiatives
- Act as a local wellbeing ambassador, promoting resources and supporting inclusive initiatives
- Help ensure People processes are fair and equitable, from hiring to offboarding
- Help coordinate global and regional People & Culture projects
- Proactively suggest improvements to our tools, communications, and processes
You will report to the People Experience Manager and collaborate closely with:
People & Culture team across EMEAPeople Managers across EMEAField Operations team
