Valiant Integrated Services has an immediate opening for a Command and Control Analyst Trainer (C2 AT) in support of the Joint Staff J7 Deployable Training Division (DTD) in Suffolk, Virginia. This position requires eligibility for a TOP SECRET/SCI clearance and extensive travel as a member of various Deployable Training Teams (DTTs). This position supports the Joint Staff J7, Joint Training, Deployable Training Division (DTD) in providing a continuum of individual, staff, and collective joint training to enhance the operational effectiveness of the current and future joint force. The candidate will provide observation, training, and feedback, focused at the operational and strategic levels, to Joint Force Commanders and their staffs during joint and multi-national training, exercises, and staff assist visits (SAVs). The focus of the observation, training, and feedback will involve the C2 structure and relationships of the Joint Force Command. The position requires knowledge of national defense strategy, theater strategy and campaigning, C2 processes at the operational and strategic levels, joint planning processes and systems, and the integration of multinational and interagency capabilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
