London Office Internship (Summer 2026) in the Trading Department. £28,000 per annum pro rata.
We are looking for exceptional students to join our London Office Internship in the summer of 2026. Our success? We are hiring an intern to work collaboratively in our London office in the Shipping and Trading Department and Public and Government Affairs team. The internship will last for 12 weeks from June to early September.
Within the Shipping and Trading Department, the successful individual will be involved in work relating to:
- Core Projects: Build a crude economics dashboard/tracker that can provide insights into:
- Relative refining values of different crudes into Pembroke refinery over time
- Price call/market information (feed and product side)
- Analyse historical trends for different crude types to find key indicators that trigger value changes between similar grades.
- Crude screening sheets
- Crude price call data
- Market View
- Internal demurrage database
- (Potential scope) Freight data and other market drivers
Criteria for the Internship:
- London based
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (or higher) in Economics, Finance, Maths, Accounting or related field required.
- Predicted to achieve 2:1 or higher.
- Graduation dates of May 2027 onwards
- Ability to work 35 hours per week during the summer required.
