Th i s role ensu r es acc ur a t e r ece i v i ng , s torag e, i ssua n ce, a n d acco unting o f in ven t ory i tems n ecessary for refinery ope r at i ons and m a int e n ance.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide l eaders hi p and gu i dance to s taff for receiv i ng, i ssu ing , s toring, inspecting, and documenting m ate ri a l s.

Maintain a c l ean, sa f e, and o rgani zed warehouse enviro n ment.

Mon it or and adjust inventory l evels t o meet opera ti ona l n eeds and fu tu re expansion p l ans.

Prepa r e a nd manag e the department\’s annual budget, address ing variances as needed.

Ensure t i me l y pro cure m e nt and s tor age of materials, coord i nat in g w i th Purcha s ing, Account i ng, a nd M a int enance te ams.

Maintain a n d upd ate SAP I nventory Master Data fil es; generate da il y SAP MRP rep orts.

S u pervise ware h ouse c yc l e coun t s and re so l ve in voice o r rec e i v i ng disc r epancies.

Support turnaround activities.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 10 y ears of experience in one or mor e of the following: ware h ouse operat i on s, inv e nt ory co ntr o l , accounting, procurem e nt, maintenance , or r e fin ery operations.

Exper i e n ce wit h comp ut er – based purchasing and inv en to ry systems.

Preferred Qua lifi cations:

Bachelor\’s degree.- preferred

Exper i e n ce i n a refinery e nvir o nm e nt.

Stro n g knowledge of a ut omated warehouse systems and inv entory management.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Other Requirements:
