This is a hands-on, technical role where you'll operate and monitor equipment, troubleshoot problems, make adjustments and help keep our lines running safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

  • WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Operate, monitor and optimise production and packing equipment.
  • Troubleshoot issues and identify root causes.
  • Monitor quality, waste, efficiency and performance.
  • Complete safety, quality, GMP and housekeeping checks.
  • Support Continuous Improvement and audits.
  • Work closely with colleagues, sharing knowledge and helping the team succeed.
  • Have experience in manufacturing, production or a hands-on environment.
  • Enjoy understanding how things work and solving problems.
  • Can stay calm and make decisions when things get busy.
  • Communicate well and work positively with others.
  • Are proactive, curious and keen to learn.
  • Want to build a long-term career with us.
