Supply Chain Operations
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain activities from suppliers to customers, including inbound and outbound transportation, customs clearance, cross-dock operations, and incoming inspections.
- Manage transport and customs supplier relationships, including onboarding new suppliers, analyzing flows and costs, and implementing improvement actions in collaboration with Central Purchasing and Central Transport teams.
- Maintain up-to-date expertise in SAP and EWM to ensure effective supply chain execution.
- Lead and manage VPS processes and roadmaps to drive operational excellence.
Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement
- Analyze supply chain non-conformities using the Greenbox tool, implementing corrective measures to enhance delivery performance and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare, monitor, and analyze KPIs, DCOS metrics, and cost reduction initiatives, ensuring timely follow-up on action plans.
- Lead or contribute to supply chain, stock management, and customer-related improvement projects.
- Drive enhancements in transportation and logistics services.
- Promote the 5 Axes methodology and actively work toward improving the V5000 score.
- Actively contribute to the QRQC process to address and resolve quality concerns.
Planning & Demand Management
- Participate in monthly demand planning meetings, identifying and escalating areas of concern.
- Review sales forecasts against the weekly order book, highlighting gaps to the Sales Team and Senior Leadership Team.
- Lead Product Life Cycle (PLC) reviews from a supply chain and customer service perspective, ensuring appropriate actions on non-useful and depreciated stock.
Customer Service & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with internal and external customers.
- Lead and participate in Supply Chain Collaborative SLA Customer meetings, monitoring service rates and back orders, and ensuring agreed action plans are delivered.
- Handle SLA customer interactions, queries, and complaints promptly and professionally.
