Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Manager - UK home based, with travel to Valeo Foods Sites throughout the UK as needed.
Valeo Foods have a new permanent role for an Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Manager. This role will include an element of travel across UK sites as and when needed. This role is to lead and manage the UK Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycle, ensuring timely, high-quality, and decision-ready outputs across all planning forums. This role is crucial in driving cross-functional alignment and establishing governance standards throughout the business.
Our ideal candidate will be a proactive and structured individual who thrives on ownership and accountability. You will be able to manage multiple priorities and drive outcomes through others. Be comfortable facilitating meetings and influencing across levels, and have experience in integrated planning or S&OP.
Key Responsibilities:- Own and coordinate the complete IBP cycle (Demand reviews, Product Reviews, Supply reviews, IR, and MBR).
- Manage meeting cadences, diaries, and stakeholder engagement across functions.
- Prepare and maintain decks, pre-reads, and action logs for each forum.
- Ensure standardisation of templates, escalation paths, and governance processes.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to reconcile priorities and drive alignment.
- Support the rollout of IBP maturity initiatives, including Oliver Wight Class-A standards.
- Lead scenario planning and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement in the IBP processes and reporting.
- Previous Experience in IBP and/or S&OP.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience in planning, forecasting, or business operations within FMCG or similar sectors.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
