Now, we’re looking for someone special to take the lead in one of the most exciting spaces in our business — Sweets and Chocolate. This isn’t just another marketing role. As Head of Marketing, you’ll be the driving force behind a category bursting with personality and potential. You’ll lead the strategy and execution across both Valeo-owned and retailer-owned brands, ensuring we hit, and ideally exceed, our ambitious targets. You’ll bring energy, commercial acumen and storytelling flair to every plan, campaign, and conversation. You’ll also be a mentor and motivator, building a high-performing, high-support team that thrives on collaboration and innovation.

Internally, you’ll champion the vision for your category; externally, you’ll be its figurehead, representing our brands with pride and purpose across the industry and with our retail partners. You’ll have the freedom to shape strategy, drive brand building, and embed marketing excellence across the business. From leading our annual strategy review to overseeing monthly performance and crafting compelling brand plans, your influence will be felt across every touchpoint.
