Food Production operative Nights
Salary: £28,388.10
Shifts: Sunday to Thursday, 22:00–06:00
Join us as a Night Shift Food Production Operative at our York site — home of Poppets and XXX Mints — where we create some of the UK's most recognisable confectionery. Every role here plays a vital part in keeping production moving smoothly and ensuring our products meet the high standards customers expect.
About the role
As a Night Food Production Operative, you'll help keep our factory running efficiently through the night. Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting up and operating machinery
- Monitoring performance and product quality
- Making adjustments to maintain smooth production
- Completing routine checks and troubleshooting issues as they arise
This is a practical, hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, teamwork, and attention to detail are key.
Qualifications
What we're looking for in our Food Production Operatives:
