Job Description

Are you commercially minded, relationship-driven, and ready to make a real impact in a fast-paced FMCG environment? We’re looking for a proactive and ambitious National Account Executive to join our team and help drive growth across key wholesale and retail partners. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on building strong customer relationships, spotting commercial opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results.

What you’ll be doing

As a National Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of volume, value, and profit targets across a portfolio of customers. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll help bring commercial plans to life and contribute to sustainable business growth. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the management and growth of key customer accounts across branded and private label products
  • Building strong relationships with wholesale partners, societies, and key stakeholders
  • Assisting with the development and execution of Joint Business Plans (JBPs)
  • Identifying new growth opportunities across categories and customer channels
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Category, Supply Chain, Technical, and Commercial teams
  • Supporting National Account Managers and Senior National Account Managers with day-to-day account management
  • Monitoring performance, analysing data, and helping drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Contributing to customer planning, forecasting, and promotional analysis
