Job Description

And now, we’re looking for a Senior Commercial Finance Business Partner to help shape what comes next for our Sweets division. This is a high-impact role, where finance meets strategy and collaboration is key. You’ll work closely with commercial, sales, marketing and brand teams – getting under the skin of customer performance, market dynamics and margin opportunities, and turning insight into action. This role can be home-based, with some travel to sites and key meetings as needed – ideal for someone who thrives on flexibility but enjoys being close to the brands and people they support.

Qualifications

We’re looking for a qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA), ideally with FMCG experience, and someone who can confidently move between big-picture thinking and detailed analysis – and still make it make sense to non-finance stakeholders.
