This is a real opportunity to influence how we grow – building new ways of working, strengthening relationships, and driving commercial success.

You’ll work closely with our Senior and National Account Managers to grow and manage key customer relationships. It’s about much more than numbers; you’ll be driving our brands forward within foodservice channels, helping to ensure our products are seen, selected, and loved by more people, in more places. Your day-to-day will involve everything from collaborating with Marketing and Category teams on channel strategies, to working across functions like R&D and Operations to bring brilliant products to life. You'll get stuck into forecasting, planning, and supporting high-impact campaigns – all while sharpening your commercial skillset in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Qualifications

This is a role for someone who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves, ask the right questions, and make things happen. You’ll be encouraged to learn, grow, and develop your own approach, with the backing of a team that truly believes in collaboration and progress.

  • Understands customer needs and links the benefits of the company’s proposal to meet those needs
  • Identifies and qualifies the variables and possibilities for the negotiations
  • Adopts a learning approach to development
  • Has a basic operational understanding of customer, channel and market
  • Demonstrates a good understanding of the key POP initiatives that affect Valeo presence with the customer / consumer
  • Delivery of forecasting accuracy within agreed MADB and financial commitment
  • Top line growth ahead of market, as measured by MS%
  • Execution of distribution and display objectives consistent with budget and annual plan

Additional Information

In return, we offer you more than just a competitive package (though we’ve got that too – including a matched pension scheme, staff discounts, cycle-to-work, and more).
