Job Description
We’re on an exciting journey to strengthen our retailer partnerships and drive sustainable growth, and we’re looking for a Head of Sales, Tesco to play a pivotal role in leading our commercial strategy within the Grocery channel, working alongside one of our largest customers. This is a high-impact role with full P&L responsibility, offering the opportunity to shape our category vision and influence the future of our brands in key retail environments.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Ownership of customer relationships, developing and executing joint business plans that drive profitable growth.
- Negotiating terms, pricing, and promotions, ensuring alignment with business objectives while maintaining a customer-first approach.
- Leading strategic initiatives, including new product development (NPD), pricing strategies, and category expansion.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Category, Finance, and Operations to drive long-term business success.
- Developing and implementing growth plans, ensuring our brands and own-label products continue to thrive in competitive markets.
- Coaching and supporting the team, helping to shape the future of our commercial talent.
- Playing a key role in forecasting, ensuring strong commercial decision-making and accuracy in planning.

- Proven experience in a senior sales role within Grocery Multiples.
- Strong commercial acumen with full P&L accountability.
- A strategic thinker who can balance long-term vision with day-to-day execution.
- Experience negotiating and securing new business while driving sustainable growth.
- Excellent internal stakeholder management, working seamlessly with Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
