The Brand Manager is responsible for the delivery of brand plans within a category group that covers both Valeo-owned brands and retailer-owned brands. They are the leaders and steward of initiatives within the brand plans. The Brand Manager is a strong performer in planning and executing initiatives within the brand plans along with a valued contributor to the shaping of the plans.
- Hit or beat budget targets on the category group
- Strong stewardship of initiatives within the brand plans
- Strong monthly reporting on their initiatives (board-level standards)
- Strong contribution to building a “Valeo Brand Building Framework” and ensure a consistent and excellent use
- Strong contribution to the annual strategy review
- Strong leadership of the quarterly update on the initiatives
- Very strong marketing budget compliance and optimisation (Core marketing, ASOH, shopper marketing)
- Very strong cross-functional collaboration
- Valued representation of brand externally esp. with retailers
- Very strong overseeing and inspiration of the “Consumer is Boss” plan (regular connections with the consumers)
