As a Food Production Operative, you'll work hands-on with our machinery and production lines. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Setting up and operating equipment
- Monitoring performance and quality
- Completing routine checks
- Troubleshooting and adjusting machinery to keep production running smoothly

Qualifications
What we're looking for in our Food Production Operatives:
- You don't need previous experience just a positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

- We're looking for reliable people who work well in a team and feel comfortable in a busy factory environment.
- Because the shifts rotate, living locally or having your own transport is a real advantage.
- Previous factory experience is useful but not essential we hire for potential and will provide all the training you need.
