As a Line Operative, you will play a vital role in our production process, working efficiently to produce products in line with specifications while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance standards. You will work as part of a dedicated team, supporting the achievement of production goals and escalating any issues as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:- Production Efficiency: Work as part of a line team to deliver agreed output levels and quality standards, ensuring products are produced according to specifications.
- Team Collaboration: Follow instructions from the team leader and collaborate effectively with team members to achieve shared goals.
- Compliance and Safety: Adhere to all line Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols, maintaining a culture of safety within the team. Report any defects or potential defects in equipment promptly.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records as required, documenting production activities and any deviations from standard procedures.
- Continuous Improvement: Highlight opportunities for process improvement and advance any issues to appropriate channels for resolution. Work towards improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) for the team.
- Initiative: Ability to use your own initiative and actively participate in achieving team objectives.
- Can-Do Attitude: Approach work with a positive attitude and a willingness to take on challenges.
