We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to join our Rowse Honey team at our Wallingford site, the home of one of the UK’s most loved honey brands. In this role, you’ll lead engineering operations, drive continuous improvement, and ensure our production runs smoothly, all while being part of a site that champions quality, sustainability, and innovation.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and Develop Your Team: Build a high-performing engineering team with clear goals and accountability. Support growth through training, coaching, and succession planning. Maintain high standards in health & safety, quality, and operational excellence.
  • Keep Us Moving: Minimise downtime with proactive maintenance and smart problem-solving. Use data and root cause analysis to make lasting improvements. Plan and deliver capital projects that support our long-term strategy.
  • Manage Site Services: Oversee utilities and site services to ensure efficiency and compliance. Monitor CCL targets and provide accurate reporting. Work closely with contractors and suppliers to keep everything running smoothly.

Qualifications: Proven experience as an Engineering Manager in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong electrical bias and technical expertise. A hands-on leader who thrives on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
