Job Description
As part of our mission to deliver exceptional value, we are seeking a Stage & Gate Process Coordinator to join our team. This role is central to driving innovation and operational efficiency across the business. The Stage and Gate Process Coordinator is responsible for running the Change Management for Product Process (CMP or “Gate process”). We are looking for somebody to bring stewardship and strong planning skills to run this essential process in the life of Valeo brand and private label.
The CMP covers all changes to products from innovation to renovation and productivity – in essence it is the forum for all projects involving product changes. The key deliverables are running the process of CMP weekly cycling and reporting with high precision, quality and in a timely manner.
