We’re looking for a Head of IT Workplace to join VFG OneIT – a newly structured, global IT team driving transformation across our business. This is a career-defining opportunity to build and lead a world-class IT Workplace function from the ground up. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our IT strategy, enhancing end-user experience, and ensuring we have a stable, secure, and efficient IT environment as we scale.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Leading the global IT Workplace domain: Oversee all end-user hardware, client builds, collaboration software (M365), and miscellaneous software. You’ll ensure consistency, efficiency, and security across all Valeo divisions.
  • Building and managing a high-performing team: Develop and lead a global team of IT Workplace specialists, ensuring they deliver best-in-class support and continuously improve end-user enablement.
  • Driving standardisation and simplification: Create a global hardware basket and a unified M365 environment. You’ll streamline software distribution, ensuring efficient packaging and deployment of applications across the organisation.
  • Implementing a single AD/EntraID environment: Consolidate and optimise Active Directory and EntraID to create a secure, scalable, and standardised platform for all users.
  • Enhancing end-user efficiency: Introduce enablement programs and self-service tools that empower employees to work smarter, backed by robust IT support and clear communication strategies.
  • Ensuring security and stability: Collaborate with the OneIT Security team to proactively secure workplace assets, mitigate risks, and respond effectively to security incidents.
  • Driving continuous improvement: Keep Valeo’s workplace technology at the cutting edge by staying ahead of market trends, identifying opportunities for enhancement, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement.

Location: Any Valeo site within UK or Ireland (Hybrid)
