We are on the hunt for an Engineering Team Leader at Valeo Foods UK. Based in vibrant Gateshead, you will be at the heart of where the magic happens - creating delightful treats loved by many.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain planned and predictive maintenance programs
- Manage our CMMS and work request systems with precision and diligence
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and manage PPM schedules
- Communicate maintenance plans effectively across departments
- Champion condition-based maintenance initiatives for enhanced reliability
- Analyze maintenance records and reports to drive continuous improvement
- Effective leadership skills
- Understanding of engineering compliance requirements
