Job Description
We have a new role within our
York
location for an
Engineering Maintenance Planner .
We are looking for someone to maintain all computer systems which the engineering team use on a daily basis including CMMS (Hollistech) to ensure all corrective actions are recorded and actioned internally and with the relevant contractors
The Role Will Include
- Super user and site lead for the management and development of the CMMS system
- Planning and distribution of Works orders and Planned Maintenance. Keeping Engineering department updated on outstanding actions
- Work Closely with the Asset Care Manager to aid with implementation of the CMMS System
- Raising purchase orders for corrective and Improvement work
- Work in conjunction with the Engineering Management team to ensure all Engineering Health and Safety documentation for contractor site visits is up to date and stored in the relevant contractor folder.
- Daily, weekly, monthly updates of the Engineering KPI\’s
- Maintain accurate maintenance records to establish cost of ownership, to facilitate proactive maintenance and better procurement of new equipment.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated knowledge of understanding areas of quality control, health, safety, environment, and effective cost management
- CMMS (Hollistech) knowledge and experience would be ideal
- Strong IT skills (MS Office)
- Ability to engage front line Engineers and mobilize teams in pursuit of common goals.
- Excellent organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
