Shifts: 4 on 4 off, 12 hour shifts 6am till 6pm and 6pm till 6am (days and nights shifts)

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Packing Operatives to join our manufacturing team in Gateshead. Our site produces popular snack brands including Manomasa tortilla chips and rice cakes in a fast-paced food production environment. This is a hands-on role suited to individuals who enjoy working as part of a team and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Packing finished products accurately and efficiently
  • Checking product quality to ensure standards are met
  • Operating packing machinery safely and effectively
  • Labelling, sealing, and palletising products
  • Keeping work areas clean and hygienic in line with food safety standards
  • Following health and safety guidelines
