We are looking for skilled and motivated Production Operators to join our growing kettle chips manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced production professional who takes pride in producing high‑quality food products while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and efficiency. Working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, you will play a key role in ensuring our kettle chips are produced to specification and delivered to customers on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment across the potato preparation, frying, seasoning, and packaging processes.
  • Set up machinery and complete product changeovers efficiently to minimise downtime.
  • Carry out routine quality checks to ensure products meet specifications for appearance, flavour, weight, and packaging.
  • Monitor critical control points and comply with all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures.
  • Complete production records, quality documentation, and traceability checks accurately.
  • Identify and report equipment faults, escalating issues promptly to maintenance teams.
  • Perform basic machine maintenance, cleaning, and first‑line troubleshooting.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
  • Maintain high housekeeping standards in line with GMP requirements.
  • Follow all health and safety procedures and contribute to a positive team culture.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a food manufacturing or FMCG production environment.
  • Good understanding of food safety standards, HACCP, GMP, and quality control processes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and overtime when required.
  • Basic IT skills for recording production data.

Shifts: 12 hour shifts, 7 till 7 (days or nights) 3 on 3 off.
