What you’ll be doing
As a Night Hygiene Operative, you’ll help ensure our factory is always clean, safe and ready for production. Your responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning production lines in line with CIC cleaning cards and site standards.
- Completing and signing off daily cleaning schedules accurately and on time.
- Following all hygiene procedures and work instructions, including:
- correct machine settings
- process documentation
- allergen and cross‑contamination controls
- HACCP requirements
- Carrying out ad‑hoc cleaning tasks within agreed timeframes.
- Ensuring all key areas of the factory remain clean, tidy and hazard‑free at all times.

- Food Safety Level 2 (essential).
- Chemical handling training.
- COSHH training – desirable but not essential.
