Shift Pattern - 2's and 3's Days and Nights (12 hr shifts)
Responsibilities
- To work as part of the engineering team to provide effective and efficient mechanical and electrical support throughout the factory.
- Tasks will involve reactive support in the factory; continuous improvement projects planned through the maintenance system and planned maintenance tasks.
- The role will be working with a wide range of complex automated cooking processes and packaging equipment.
- Provide a proactive response to maintenance, continuous improvement tasks and reactive breakdowns on site.
- Accurate recording of all work activities.
- Completion of RCAs as required.
- Escalation of any further works required.
- Identification of CI projects for repetitive problems.
Qualifications
- Relevant engineering qualification.
- Able to prove competency in all forms of isolation, electrical safety and safe panel entry.
- Experience of FMCG operations.
- PC Literate (thereby able to use computer-based maintenance systems).
- Flexibility.
- Health and Safety driven.
- Able to strip machines in full and reassemble them, as well as completing machine size change procedures and their adjustments.
