Job Description
As the Senior Brand Manager for Valeo Foods UK, you’ll be at the forefront of an innovative and rapidly growing category group. This group includes well-loved brands and your mission will be to drive disruptive growth and establish these brands as market leaders. You’ll lead with creativity and strategic insight, managing stakeholders effectively both internally and externally.
What You’ll Do:
- Achieve or exceed budget financial targets and grow market shares.
- Create and deliver robust brand plans, maximizing available resources.
- Implement excellent learning plans with a capacity to innovate, try new approaches, and refine strategies.
- Provide strong quarterly reporting internally and prepare versions for external stakeholders.
- Use strong analytical thinking to drive decisions and develop insightful strategies.
- Lead your team with energy, coaching them to excel and grow.
- Oversee the marketing budget for the category group, covering core marketing, ASOH, and shopper marketing.
- Foster excellent internal and cross-functional collaboration within the chocolate, sauces, and curds team.
- Be the face of our chocolate, sauces, and curds brands, especially in interactions with retailers.
- Lead and inspire the “Consumer is Boss” plan, maintaining regular connections with our consumers.
