Job Description

Lead, Innovate, and Drive Continuous Improvement in a Dynamic FMCG Environment

As Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in building and managing a cohesive, functional, and results-driven engineering team aligned with our ambitious 5-year business strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  1. Leading and Developing a High-Performing Engineering Team
  2. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
  3. Drive performance enhancements through structured training, coaching, and succession planning
  4. Ensure engineering standards align with best practices in health & safety, quality, and operational excellence
  5. Reduce downtime through reactive and preventative maintenance strategies
  6. Use data and root cause analysis to identify and implement long-term improvements
  7. Drive capital investment planning and project execution
  8. Ensure effective use and monitoring of utilities & site services
  9. Maintain compliance with CCL targets and provide regular reporting
  10. Oversee contractors, suppliers, and on-site maintenance

Qualifications

  1. Strong electrical bias with a background in food manufacturing or FMCG
  2. Proven experience in engineering leadership, site services, and H&S compliance
  3. Expertise in continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and capital project management
  4. Passionate about developing people, driving efficiency, and delivering outstanding results
