Position: Stock Keeper
Provide support to the Sales Staff, ensuring efficient and fast replenishment of merchandise on the shop floor clients keeping client in mind. Ensure the safety of products and valuable materials in the warehouse.
Product Handling
- Guarantee all stockroom guidelines are rigidly followed
- Liaise with the Store Manager and Operations Manager where present in order to optimize stockroom management
- Assist Store Manager and Team Manager in after sales activities and repairs.
- Maintain order in the warehouse and lay out the products according to stockroom procedures criteria.
- Register the goods into the IT system
- Ensure that all transport documents are rightly filed, both manually and in the IT System
- Prepare the goods to be sent to clients, other stores or Company plants
- Deal with end of season returns and product transfers
- Liaise with couriers in order to ensure the correct timing of deliveries
- Manage Staff Uniforms
Inventory
- Undertake regular stock checks as required and promptly transfer all information regarding stock to the Store Manager and/or Ops Manager.
- Prepare the cycle, half or yearly Store inventory
- Constantly ensure all the necessary measures for the safety of valuable products, materials and furnishings
- Verify that the product is untouched and transfers all relevant issues to the Store Manager (following the company damage procedure)
- Put on the products anti-theft and price tags, in case needed and position items on the sales floor.
Omnichannel
- Performs the omnichannel activities as required by the agreed service level
Security & maintenance
- Guarantees warehouse maintenance in order to make the furnishings, machineries and all tools as efficient as possible
