Senior Dog Groomer – Full-Time (9am–6pm). Location: Cooper’s Gang, 833 Fulham Road, SW6 5HQ London. Cooper’s Gang is a luxury dog grooming, wellness, and boutique salon offering premium services including Asian Fusion grooming, handstripping, ultrasonic teeth cleaning, and spa treatments. We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Dog Groomer to join our growing team. This is a full-time role in a premium, appointment-only environment where your skills and creativity will shine.
Working Hours
- Full-time, 5 days per week
- Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Rota: Flexible rotation covering 7 days a week; some weekends may involve working together with another groomer to cover peak demand. All to be agreed together.
Schedule (example, rotates weekly)
- Mon, Wed, Fri – solo or shared
- Tue, Thu – solo
- Sat – both groomers on duty
- Sun – solo, rotating with colleague
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality grooming, styling, and spa treatments for dogs of all breeds
- Deliver a luxury client experience in line with Cooper’s Gang standards
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of grooming areas
- Mentor junior staff and assist with training where needed
- Advise clients on coat care, grooming, and wellness treatments
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional dog grooming experience, ideally in a premium or boutique salon
- Expertise in breed-specific grooming and advanced techniques (handstripping, scissoring, Asian Fusion)
- Confident in handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Passion for pet wellness and high standards of care
