We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Dog Groomer to join our growing team. This is a full-time role in a premium, appointment-only environment where your skills and creativity will shine.
Key Responsibilities- Perform high-quality grooming, styling, and spa treatments for dogs of all breeds.
- Deliver a luxury client experience in line with Cooper’s Gang standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of grooming areas.
- Mentor junior staff and assist with training where needed.
- Advise clients on coat care, grooming, and wellness treatments.
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional dog grooming experience, ideally in a premium or boutique salon.
- Expertise in breed-specific grooming and advanced techniques (handstripping, scissoring, Asian Fusion).
- Confident in handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
