Pay: £150.00 per day Hours: 08:30 - 16:30 Job Description: About the Role We are looking for a reliable and multi-skilled Handyman / Maintenance Operative to support our client’s site to start asap for initially 3 days. This will then be 1 day each week in Willenhall with potential for more days. This is a long-term contract opportunity for someone who can manage general maintenance tasks and provide high-quality workmanship. Suitable for self-employed operatives seeking regular ongoing work alongside existing commitments. Duties include: * Painting and decorating * Basic joinery (e.g. fitting fire door closers, locks, and handles) * Fitting flooring and carpet tiles * Light plumbing (e.g. taps, toilet flushers) * General site upkeep, including litter picking when required Requirements: * Proven experience in general maintenance or handyman roles * Own tools & Transport * Able to work independently and manage workload effectively * Must be self-employed and able to invoice * Must have public liability insurance * Reliable and professional approach What We Offer: * Competitive day rate of £150 (self-employed) * Opportunity to work with a supportive and professional partner Job Type: Fixed term contract Contract length: 12 months Benefits: * On-site parking
