Part Time - 3 Days

  • Tuesday: 9am–5pm or 8am-4pm
  • Friday: 8am–3pm or 9am–4pm
  • Third day flexible

The Opportunity

Valenti Recruitment are supporting the search for a highly organised Client Administrator to join a well-established and professional accountancy firm based in Sale. This is a process-driven, systems-focused role suited to someone who enjoys administration, accuracy, organisation and working within a professional services environment. The role is heavily focused on client onboarding, systems administration, record management and supporting internal departments, with a smaller element of client communication.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in ensuring client records, onboarding processes and internal systems are maintained accurately and efficiently. Working closely with multiple departments, you’ll help ensure all administrative and operational processes run smoothly within a regulated and detail-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and maintaining accurate client records across internal systems
  • Supporting the end-to-end client onboarding process
  • Setting up clients, workflows and internal system processes
  • Managing shared inboxes and administrative queries
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure actions are completed efficiently
  • Tracking outstanding information and proactively following up where required
  • Supporting compliance and registration processes
  • Providing professional communication to clients via phone and email
  • Assisting with wider administrative and operational tasks as required

About You

  • Previous experience within professional services, accountancy, legal or financial services
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Comfortable working across multiple systems and databases
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional and confident communication skills
  • Able to manage workload independently and proactively
  • Process-driven with a structured approach to work
  • Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information
