This position is structured as a self-employed associate role operating on a business-to-business basis rather than a salaried position. It is commercially accountable, focused on developing and growing client relationships within the business. The structure includes a monthly retainer together with performance-based incentives, with earnings driven primarily by client acquisition and portfolio growth.
