Contracts Negotiator will support the end-to-end contracting process including contract negotiations, contract management, contract administration, and supplier relationship management functions across all business segments within Client.

Because we are growing, applicants should anticipate that this role may evolve over time.

This person will be the internal point of contact for key all contracting related activity within the procurement function.

They will work closely with the Sourcing and Commercial Legal team.

We are seeking an experienced procurement professional who can support the end-to-end process from planning to signature through post-signature contract reviews and vendor performance management.

The ideal candidate for this role is a proactive problem solver, fearless, approachable, and adaptable.

You enjoy contracts, seek out metrics to maximize value, exercise judgment and operate independently.

The negotiator handles legal tasks and ensures contract processing with high professionalism under pressure.

Key Functions

  • Contract Negotiation & Management - Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of procurement agreements, including technology, security, and data privacy contracts, ensuring terms align with company policies and risk tolerance.
  • Risk & Legal Assessment - Identify and mitigate contractual, legal, and commercial risks through detailed review and collaboration with Legal, Privacy, and Security teams.
  • Dispute Resolution - Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve contract-related issues efficiently and maintain positive business relationships.
  • Compliance & Governance - Ensure adherence to corporate policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulatory requirements throughout the contracting process.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Legal, Finance, Security, and business stakeholders to align contract strategies with organizational goals and operational needs.
  • Contract Lifecycle Oversight - Manage agreements from intake through execution, leveraging contract management tools and systems to drive efficiency and visibility across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience managing commercial contracts within Procurement, Sourcing, or a Commercial Legal environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Saa S, cybersecurity, internet infrastructure, OEM suppliers, and marketing technology solutions is highly desirable.
  • Contracting Expertise: Demonstrated ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements with precision and attention to detail.
  • Legal & Regulatory Acumen: Understanding of commercial contract law, data security, and privacy regulations.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess risk, identify creative solutions, and provide sound business recommendations.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build effective cross-functional relationships.
  • Organization & Adaptability: Highly organized, detail oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
