This vacancy is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding Teacher with senior leadership experience who would like to step up to the role of Assistant Head Teacher – Provision & Intervention Lead.
The successful candidate would need to have QTS and have completed SENco training.
We require a practitioner who can:
- Lead the staff alongside SLT colleagues to achieve high-quality teaching and learning for all pupils.
- Promote the highest standards of achievement for all pupils through a creative and child-centred approach to
the agreed Valence curriculum. - Take an active role in the leadership and management of the school as a member of the SLT and promote the
wellbeing of staff and pupils in the school. - Champion pupil voice across the school.
- Ensure all Provisions and Interventions are highly effective and in line with best SEND practice.
