Our focus is on the problems that actually decide whether AI changes how organizations operate — the ones with no playbook, no obvious answers, and no guarantee of success.
This role will join our growing Client Solutions team to deliver consistent, high-quality coaching sessions and webinars that routinely generate positive participant feedback, while maintaining efficient operations in support of the broader CS team. Through excellent customer service, you will build and nurture strong relationships with our global clients, actively contributing to the successful expansion of our product.
We are the only company pioneering leadership coaching for large enterprises in an AI-first way. Our mission is to transform how the world’s biggest companies approach learning and development, helping teams work better together through AI-powered personalization that adapts to individual goals and organizational culture using the latest advances in machine learning and natural language processing.
What You’ll Do:
- Client Enablement & Webinar Delivery (70-80% of time): Take center stage by leading dynamic live webinars for the users of our Fortune 500 clients, helping them unlock the full value of our products. Deliver engaging, thoughtful training sessions that leave participants inspired and equipped to succeed. Follow up with participants to offer additional support and tailored resources. Consistently achieve high satisfaction scores and drive strong engagement across all sessions.
- Program Operations (20-30% of time): Oversee team operational needs to ensure seamless execution of all enablement programs. Monitor and analyze webinar, call, and training metrics to optimize outcomes and improve experiences. Design and customize impactful training materials to address diverse user needs and continuously elevate our learning initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-5 years of professional experience in fast-paced environments, startups preferred.
- Excellent presentation and virtual facilitation skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships virtually.
- Fluency in English required; additional European languages (German, French) are a plus.
- High velocity execution skills with natural attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient with a desire to exceed expectations.
- Comfortable working independently across time zones.
- Willingness to embrace challenges, experiment, and learn through feedback.
- Clear motivations for wanting to join an early-stage team.
What you’ll get:
- Ownership & Rapid Growth: Outsized missions from day one, with direct responsibility for company-defining projects. Work alongside the executive team with transparency into strategy and decision-making. Influence on direction through real-time customer feedback and market insights.
- AI-First Operator: Work directly with cutting-edge AI models and next-generation platforms. Build expertise in enterprise AI implementation across Fortune 500 companies and multiple industries. Establish yourself as a recognized leader among peers in shaping how AI transforms work at a global scale.
- Compensation: Competitive salary including base + bonuses. Comprehensive health coverage (medical, dental, vision) from day one. Generous PTO, company-wide R&R shutdowns, and paid parental leave. Retirement plan support for US and global employees.
- Equity: Meaningful ownership in a venture-backed company at a growth inflection point. Financial upside that comes from scaling fast. Top-up grants as we scale and you deliver exceptional performance — your compensation grows alongside your impact.
- Top-Performing Culture: A culture built for top talent: intensity to win, growth without limits, and a team that solves hard problems and celebrates big wins together.
This role is 3 days a week (Tues - Thurs) minimum in office in Central London (Waterloo). Candidates must be comfortable working with colleagues in different time zones (US), and have valid travel documents to visit European countries as well as the US and Canada as needed.
