No two days are the same. One moment you may be welcoming parents and visitors, the next supporting attendance processes, managing school communications, assisting with student records or helping coordinate the smooth running of the school day. You will be responsible for managing our busy reception area, ensuring all visitors are welcomed professionally and that safeguarding procedures are followed at all times. Operating the school's telephone and communication systems, you will act as a central point of contact and ensure enquiries are dealt with efficiently and courteously. Alongside reception duties, you will provide wide-ranging administrative support across the school. From maintaining records and managing diaries to processing payments and supporting attendance administration, your work will help ensure that students, staff and families receive an outstanding level of service. Most importantly, you'll become part of a passionate team that believes every young person deserves the opportunity to achieve their full potential.

What You’ll Bring

  • GCSE Grade 5/C (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
  • Experience working in a reception, administration or customer service environment.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • A proactive, flexible and positive approach.
