Key Responsibilities
- You will provide day to day administration support for all HR related matters across all HR functions, ensuring queries are dealt with promptly and effectively.
- You will coordinate the recruitment process from advertising through to appointment ensuring all pre-employment checks and onboarding processes meet safer recruitment requirements.
- You will also be responsible for coordinating the staff probation and promotion processes and assist with absence monitoring and HR reporting, supporting the HR Manager with employee relations.
- You will maintain accurate HR records in line with data protection requirements.
Qualifications
- We are looking for an HR professional who has experience of working in a busy and varied HR department.
- You will have a good knowledge of HR employment legislation and can handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- You will also demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, be able to work independently and manage multiple priorities whilst also working collaboratively as part of a team.
- Attention to detail, strong administration skills and confidence with MS Office packages and HR information systems are essential along with a professional, positive can-do attitude.
- Experience working within education would be advantageous but is not essential.
