We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and proactive Healthcare Assistant to join our Residential Team, supporting students with a range of health, personal care, and wellbeing needs. Working alongside residential staff and wider multidisciplinary teams, you will play a vital role in ensuring students receive the care and support they need to thrive within a safe, nurturing, and person-centred environment.
The successful candidate will support students with their daily healthcare requirements, promote independence, and respond to individual health and care needs while maintaining the highest standards of care and safeguarding.
