We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Physiotherapist to join our multi‑disciplinary team on a part‑time basis, supporting children and young people with complex physical and medical needs. The role is advertised as 25 hours per week, term time only; we are committed to flexible working and welcome applications from candidates seeking working hours and days to support work‑life balance.

Key Responsibilities

  • This role offers the opportunity to deliver high quality, evidence‑based physiotherapy practice within a specialist school environment.
  • As part of an embedded multi‑disciplinary team (MDT) you’ll collaborate daily with education, nursing, care and therapy colleagues in a planned, proactive environment enjoying senior autonomy.
  • The role will be responsible for managing a defined caseload, contributing to students’ physical development, independence and participation across education and residential settings.
  • You will build long‑term therapeutic relationships and see the impact of your work over time.
  • Further responsibilities will include providing clinical supervision, mentoring and support to therapy assistants and contributing to service development and improvement initiatives.
