We are looking for an exceptional Receptionist & Administrator to become a key member of our team.
This is far more than a traditional reception role.
As the first person visitors, families, professionals and students meet or speak to, you will help create the warm, welcoming and professional environment that underpins everything we do.
Working at the heart of the school, you will provide the vital administrative and organisational support that allows our superb staff team focus on what they do best: helping our students achieve meaningful independence.

- Monday to Wednesday, 8:00am to 4:00pm, Term Time Only
The Role
No two days are the same.
One moment you may be welcoming parents and visitors, the next supporting attendance processes, managing school communications, assisting with student records or helping coordinate the smooth running of the school day.
You will be responsible for managing our busy reception area, ensuring all visitors are welcomed professionally and that safeguarding procedures are followed at all times.
Operating the school's telephone and communication systems, you will act as a central point of contact and ensure enquiries are dealt with efficiently and courteously.
Alongside reception duties, you will provide wide-ranging administrative support across the school.
From maintaining records and managing diaries to processing payments and supporting attendance administration, your work will help ensure that students, staff and families receive an outstanding level of service.
